WHAT WE DO
We are a Brazilian company specialized in purchasing and recycling used jewelry or any artifact made of gold, silver, or platinum, regardless of its condition, whether broken, split, or missing parts. We also buy coins, watches, and gold and silver bars.
WHAT IS THE SALES PROCESS?
The sale works in a fast, safe, confidential, and fully transparent manner in 3 steps:
1st STEP:
Bring your unused, damaged, or incomplete gold, silver, or platinum pieces to the GOLD&SILVER store.
2nd STEP:
Each item will be tested using traditional and reliable jewelry evaluation methods and classified into carat groups. Each group is then weighed using certified scales. Of course, all of this happens right in front of you.
3rd STEP:
Our appraiser then makes an offer based on this free evaluation, in accordance with the average quoted value of the metal assessed on that day. If you accept our offer, your items are immediately paid for in cash on the spot!
ATTENTION
GOLD&SILVER only purchases used items and is not an expert in antiques or collectibles. Our evaluation is based on the quantity (grams) of gold/silver in the items and not on the design value of the piece, as some might designate it. If you have designer pieces, we suggest you take them to be appraised by a specialist in that field to determine if the item has a higher value as a collectible.
What happens to the gemstones in the jewelry?
We do not purchase any type of gemstone. We carefully remove them and return them to the customer if desired. The only exception is for flawless diamonds, with a size of 20 points per stone or larger.
